Based in the Catalyst Group’s Cayman office, Phillip is a Manager of Fund Administration (Fund Accounting) in Private Equity.

Background:

Phillip is an experienced Fund accounting professional with over eight years of experience and a great depth of knowledge on a wide range of investment funds.

Prior to joining Catalyst, Phillip worked for Maples group in Cayman, performing fund accounting for a large portfolio of Mutual/ Private Equity & Fund of Fund clients with AUMs (Assets Under Management) exceeding $3bn. He then went on to work for Morval bank and Trust Cayman as a Mutual Fund Accountant, where he performed Fund administration and financial prep duties for various range of funds and a Trust. He returned to Maples group thereafter to perform fund accounting as a supervisor, and more recently as an Assistant Vice President in a Private Equity focused team.

Credentials and/or Achievements:

• Phillip has enrolled in the ACCA program from 2022 and is working towards completing his qualification.
