Olga Khodzhaeva is one of Catalyst’s founding employees and a Senior Associate Director within Client Implementation services teams. She leads and manages global implementations of new clients, as well as the onboarding of day to day investors, providing support for non-NAV related fund administration services.

Background:

Olga’s began her career in Chartered Business Valuations, performing business valuation and income support analysis for family law matters and disputes. She then spent a year working in Directorship & Liquidations, preparing NAV reporting for liquidation engagements. She also provided fund accounting services to the largest hedge fund client of Harmonic Fund Services in Toronto, Canada.

Prior to Catalyst, Olga was at Maitland and has leveraged her project management expertise and led her team of accountants and other specialists to deliver a seamless onboarding experience. She also serviced the Maitland Brazilian Asset Management community, assisting over 50 managers set up and launch fund structures in the Cayman Islands.

• Olga is fluent in Russian, English and is learning Portuguese.
