As Catalyst’s Managing Director – Corporate Services & Client Accounting, Daniel brings to bear more than 20 years of experience innovating and evolving the fiduciary services business for one of Brazil’s most prominent private banks.

Before joining Catalyst, Daniel served as the Head of Fiduciary Services at Itaú Private Bank, where he was responsible for strategic development and management of Itaú Bank & Trust (Bahamas and Cayman) Operations. Until early 2021 Daniel was the COO of Itaú Bahamas, where he was responsible for the Corporate, Trust and Fund Administration areas of the business, leading a team that revolutionized and grew this key area of the business. Earlier in his career, Daniel worked as a Wealth Planner for Itaú gaining a wealth of experience in the Private Banking business and establishing a profound understanding of clients’ needs as well as the technical aspects of structuring solutions for offshore corporate structures and trust establishment proceedings.
