Based in Rio de Janeiro, Leonardo is an Associate Director for Operational Efficiency, responsible for overseeing the design and implementation of technological and procedural operational changes, with the objective of improving product efficiency.

Background:

Prior to joining Catalyst, Leonardo worked at Grupo Bahia for 15 years, with his most recent role as Partner and Operations Coordinator (BackOffice and Middle Office). Having worked in IT, he became responsible for overseeing the main systems relating to investment funds. Leonardo is a highly experienced operations and systems professional with in-depth knowledge and several years experience in asset management and mutual funds.

Prior to joining Grupo Bahia, Leonardo worked at Lemon Bank for 4 years as a systems analyst, and was responsible for assisting and facilitating the set up of a Brazilian retail bank.
