Latoya is a Senior Associate Director within the firm’s Compliance, Legal and Governance space. She leads and manages the compliance team, assisting with the drafting of compliance policies and procedures, review of client and investor onboarding applications and resolving any compliance issues that may arise.

Background:

Before joining Catalyst, Latoya worked for Maitland Administration for over 15 years in various roles. These roles included Fund Accountant, Team Leader, Client Implementation Manager and Senior Associate Director.

Latoya has been working in the financial services industry for over 22 years, with 17+ years of experience within the fund administration industry.

“I love to read, shop and will sing almost anywhere if a song I know is playing. Walking and hiking are my favorite exercises.”

Latoya is a big proponent of lifelong learning and lessons, and believes you are never too old to learn new things or change your career path. She loves to travel and currently working through the list of places she would like to visit. Fall is her favorite season, and loves almost anything pumpkin spice flavored!
