Janine is a member of Catalyst’s Senior Management team, and is responsible for leading the firm’s client services operations as Director of Client Experience (Relationship Management). Based in South Africa, she is also head of the Cape Town Office and has played a pivotal role in the growth, development and expansion of the Cape Town operational team and environment.

Background:

Prior to Catalyst, Janine worked for Maitland Group SA, where she was responsible for managing a portfolio for the firm’s highest echelon clients.

As a strategic business leader, Janine was also responsible for the success of a wide variety of operational initiatives that have driven efficiencies and increased performance of multi-jurisdictional operations. She was also responsible for developing an automated and robust Off-Market Trading and Settlement system for Offshore Fund of Fund trades.

  • Bachelor of Accounting Science from UNISA.
  • Post-graduate diploma in Financial Planning from Milpark Business School.
  • Registered Accounting Officer, accreditation since 2006.
