Welcoming Linda Keun to the Catalyst Group!

We are delighted to announce the appointment of Linda as our new Director – Employee Experience. Linda will lead our global HR function, bringing her extensive experience and passion to bear on our global firm. Her background in cultural development, talent management, and training & development are just a few of the reasons that we are excited to have Linda as a part of the Catalyst Circle.

Linda brings with her almost two decades of experience shaping HR strategy for businesses in the healthcare, financial services and environmental services industries. During this time, she has been instrumental in the development and implementation of a wide range of initiatives including the creation of strategies, frameworks and methodologies that drive culture, inclusion, talent and performance across multiple jurisdictions. Her commitment to fostering an inclusive and supportive workplace aligns perfectly with Catalyst’s core CIRCUIT values and our desire to cultivate a connected culture.

Linda holds a master’s degree in leadership from Concordia University Portland, an honours degree in Development Studies from the University of South Africa, and an undergraduate degree from the University of Pretoria. Her diverse industry experience and a commitment to training and continuous professional development is inspiring and we believe that this will make her a valuable addition to our team.
