Jon joins Catalyst with more than two decades of experience across fund administration, operations, product, and technology.
Jon most recently served as Global Head of Operations at the Apex Group, where he was responsible for overseeing global operational delivery and product development across open-ended fund solutions. Prior to Apex, Jon spent over 15 years at Maitland (subsequently acquired by Apex), including three years as Managing Director, Fund Services, playing a key role in the firm’s operational and technological transformation.
In his new role, Jon will be responsible for leading Catalyst’s global operations, with a particular focus on operational excellence, technology-enabled service delivery, and the continued evolution of the firm’s proprietary platform and automation capabilities. He will work closely with Catalyst’s executive team to support the firm’s growth ambitions while maintaining its commitment to high-touch client service.
