OUR STORY
We launched in 2020 as a fin-tech fund services business. Founded by industry veterans seasoned in financial services, client management and technology, we saw the opportunity to shake up a stagnant financial services industry to deliver a significantly superior level of service, solutions and client-centric attention.

Based in the Cayman Islands, with representative offices around the world, we are a privately owned group with 3 business subsidiary units capable of managing the full spectrum of client needs.
01 - Catalyst Fund Administration
Delivers transparency and reporting excellence. We provide clients with real-time access to information and data thereby reducing costs and increasing efficiencies. Our core services include: Net Asset Value Calculations (NAV Calc), Investor Services (Investor Correspondence and RTA), Treasury (Wire Processing and Cash Controls), Portfolio Middle Offce Services (PMOS), and Financial Statement preparation and audit assistance.
02 - Catalyst Fund Services
Provides a full suite of auxiliary fund services to private clients. Our core services include: Registered Office/Agent, AEOI Services (FATCA/CRS), Anti-money Laundering and Compliance Services, Corporate Middle Office Services, Board Support, Bank and Brokerage Account Opening Support, Cayman and US Flings, Certifications and Notarizations and Fund Identification Registration.
03 - Catalyst Accounting
Complements our two other business units and offers core periodic accounting and financial statement services alongside any audit support required. Our core services include: Quarterly and Annual Financial Statement Preparation, Audit Liaison and Alignment of Annual Audit, Fund Annual Return (FAR) form completion and filing .

Our staff complement represents 11 nationalities, our average employee age is 35, and 44% of our team members are female. Gone are the days of clients waiting for an email reply or being unable to find a file. Taking this experience to the next stage is a fully functional Client and Investor Portal, which delivers a level of access to on-demand data, reporting and the transparency of workflows to both clients and investors, in a way that has been previously unseen.
